Should all nfl teams be like the steelers ?

steeler zero tolerance policy ??? rooney doesnt play when it come with off the field actions they got rid of burress ,holmes, porter and tryied to trade ben in the off season all for off field actions ..if you think about it they would have a crazy team with burruess and holmes in not haten but do u think all nfl teams should be like that or do you think the steelers should lighten up a little bit ???
