Just type in 'Clinton Anderson's Lunging for Respect' under articles. It is different than just regular lunging its more about changing direction and it is more fun. Also it is so simple and easy to follow. My mare was pushy, bossy, and disrespectful. After doing these exercised she is now sweet, friendly, and acts like she thinks I'm her best bud.
