Why do asians only star in movies about martial arts?

There are movies where the asian guy does things rather than the evil kung fu genius or the secondary character, you just need to find it. Besides Hollywood was not built by an asian but an insecure man who is jealous that an asian guy seems to be a better lover to his white wife than him haha!
