Music concert pit moshing is for wusses what is the point?

What is the point, a bunch of so called metal head, rockers or whatever bargin into each other, its like they want to start a fight but their to to take it a step further and through a punch, so they do wussy shoulder bargin into each other instead, my friend punched one in the ribs at a Pendulum gig at Leeds Festival, and he the guy just pussied out.
