How much chicken should I thaw out for fajitas?

I plan on cooking fajitas for supper. I will be using chicken tenderloins that come in 2.5 lbs bags. How many bags of chicken should I thaw out to feed a family of 5 ( 2 adults, 5 year old, 2 year old & 1 year old)?
