HELP, I really am worried, need HLP... I took the morning after pill 2 weeks ago, within the first 24 hours...?

Taking the morning after pill can screw with your periods. It can make them lighter or heavier. You could go ahead and take a test if you are worried. I honestly don't think you are. If you bled and had somewhat of a period, it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant.
