African Dwarf Frog diets?

i feed mine frog and tadpole bites on alternate days and frozen bloodworms on the other alternate days ... and no food on sundays ... never feed anything freeze-dried ... the frog and tadpole bites are good because they have nutrition for the frogs and are soft enough for them to gobble and it not cause a blockage (which is a problem with freeze-dried foods and frogs) ... i guess you could feed with forceps but i know if i put my giant tweezers in front of my frogs they would take off ... if you have sand as the substrate the food stays on top and makes it easier to feed ... i personally would not have the patience to feed two frogs by hand but then again i have nine tanks of various critters :O)
