Argh please can you help me, I feel really bad and crappY!! ?

unfortunitely all you can do is ask why she doesn't call you anymore etc. If she doesn't respond theres not alot you can do,its a horrible feeling when a friend you still like has decided to move on, which I think she probably has. I think its happens to most people at some stage.
