Will 4 stud 16" alloy with offset of ET38 fit a ford focus Mk1 2001?

The offset is correct for a Focus, but it is the stud pattern (PCD) that is more important. It must be 4x108 so that the bolt holes and studs line up correctly. The wheels also need a centre bore of 63.4 in the back of the alloy to mount correctly on the hub.
