Taxes for a small tech-business?

5 of my friends as well as myself (all about age 16) are establishing some sort of "computer consulting" company. Since our income would be over $600, how would we file this? I'm thinking about filing Articles of Organization for an LLC, but how would taxes work? Would we all need payroll taxes/401(k)/etc.? Or since the income would never be over $2000 a year what "smaller" thing can we do? 6 people, 16 years, old, equal share, all "employees".
