QBasic Only Opens in a Small Window?

I learned Qbasic in school, but the semester is ending and I want to continue. I copied the .exe, help file (.hlp), and configuration settings (.ini) onto a thumb drive. Everything works fine, but the window is really small. I tried to change the properties of the application under the "screen" and "program" tabs, but it gave an error message. Does it have to do with where the file is stored? How can I make it open in a full screen?
