So I have started to work out recently at my local gym and decided to "bulk up." I bought some GNC protein powder and will ingest more protein than the average person. I have heard that a high protein diet will cause kidney stones due to a larger calcium build up from the protein. However, I am still maintaining my normal diet, just taking more protein as well. I am also working out. So my question is, is that will this still cause kidney stones, or I will be fine ingesting more protein while working out?
