Milk came out 5 month old's baby

30 mins ago I was putting my baby down, 5 mins later she burped on herself , she was on her pacifier at and the milk couldn't come out from her mouth and it went up to her nose. I'm worried if it goes to her lungs. I called the doctor and she said you would know in about 2 days if the milk go down to her lungs and the doctor wouln't do anything if the milk really goes to her lungs. If I'm worried then bring her to emergency. What should I do? I'm a single mom with 2 small children but if this case need to be checked I will go no matter what. thank you so much
