My thing is if you are a true friend weather your in love with her or just care about her you still are her friend than friends don't stand by when they know that friend is about to make the biggest mistake of there life without say something. She doesn't have to no right now that you are madly in love with her that can wait until he is better. Because she sounds like she is very messed up right now.
