How on earth do so many people p the driving test?

When I got my license once upon a time I couldn't drive! The guy ped me because he thought I was cute! ha...I thought it was cool then but now I wouldn't want some weird DMV giving one of my little cousins a licesnece just because he thought they were cute.blah!
