Dangerous weight loss?

im sure you should be eating around 2k cals and take out 500 so maybe like 2k-1.5k. i dont think it's that unhealthy i mean i eat less then that and i work out also im doing fine working out make me tired so i usually sleep an hour or 2 after. i know many people who eat 1k cals a day skinny or fat.
