Algebra 2 problem!?!?

Using the 5 foot dia of the kiosk, you calculate the cirference...then see how much is left over when you subtract the 15 flyers each 8 1/2 inches wide ...that's the distance that has to be evenly divided by the spaces between the flyers.the number of spaces is the same as the number of flyers.
